Research On Modern Bamboo Furniture Design And Technology Application Based On The Integration Of Traditional Bamboo Weaving

Bamboo is an environmentally friendly and sustainable resource,not only loved by modern consumers,but also used in Chinese furniture production since ancient times.However,with the high development of modern technology,traditional bamboo furniture and bamboo compilation can not adapt to the needs of modern times,it is imperative to improve the design of its research.Through the ergonomic study of the case of bamboo recliners,this paper combines the traditional bamboo craft with bamboo furniture design and application research,and is committed to complementing the advantages of the two.It is hoped that bamboo applications can be expanded while preserving traditional crafts.This study first carried out qualitative and quantitative analysis of the parts of bamboo recliners.The rationality of the recliner curve was compared and analyzed by combining the recliner partition with biometric research.Then the deflection measurement and evaluation of bamboo mats are carried out,and the comfort evaluation is carried out.At the same time,this paper combines the environment,through the traditional bamboo recliner advantages and defects analysis,to get its fusion with bamboo fusion needs.In addition,combined with the design analysis of bamboo in household products,this paper proposes that bamboo can be used in decorative parts,load-bearing parts,relying on components and other parts,and carry out disassembly process research.Finally,this paper combines the research results to re-design bamboo recliners,focusing on the use of bamboo bar bending process,to achieve the overall shape of the recliners,the use of three-dimensional bamboo and flat bamboo flexible use,its fusion applied to the bamboo recliner armrest and headrest area,and bamboo recliners of the overall removable process application.The main findings of this paper are as follows:(1)In the traditional bamboo recliner,the seat curve and the bamboo bar cushion are in line with the modern ergonomic principles,in the design of the modern bamboo recliner can be retained.In the armrests,headrests,feet and other components,can be integrated with the bamboo process for functional and decorative improvements;(2)Bamboo can be used in furniture decoration,load bearing,relying on and other functions,and the use of grafting,hanging,veading and other methods to achieve disassembly production.
