| With attention of the traditional culture,Chinese furniture has gradually returned to people’s vision.Through survey of the Chinese furniture,we found that the quality of current Chinese furniture be intermingled,most of them are floating on the surface of the traditional elements and just a kind of superposition.Therefore,in order to design the traditional Chinese furniture with the traditional culture and cater to modern concept,this graduation design starts from the traditional furniture style,after learn from the history of Chinese traditional furniture,in-depth understanding on the appearance and structural characteristics of the song Dynasty,Ming and Qing,from which to draw the design ideas and elements,design a package of furniture with five kinds of traditional elements and combine with modern technology and materials.Through the design found that the traditional furniture has a profound inspiration of the design for modern Chinese furniture,combine the traditional design concept with modern technology,will be the main direction of Chinese furniture and interior design in the future.In our daily life,furniture is essential for living.In the process of furniture evolution,with the human lifestyle changes,the ancient craftsmen adjust the furniture to make it more in line with the way of life.Based on this,we need to inherit and innovate of traditional furniture,so that it can meet the development of the times,embody the traditional furniture,at the same time more in line with contemporary aesthetic taste.In the design process,a large number of furniture materials are collected as a source,and field trips to study and find inspiration from the shape of the Ming,extract the appearance and formative from traditional furniture,to retain the basic characteristics,combined with modern living habits,design new furniture in practical and beautiful.Wood and aluminum alloy be selected in this design,the furniture looks solemn,steady but not too dull too rigid,the overall shape looks simple and generous,and also have good design for standardized production.Totally have twenty pieces furniture in this design,choose nice pieces in five categories as sample for refine design,and finally applied to the new interior design. |
