At present,most metal mine main ore-pass have been facing well wall wear and impact damage for a long time.In order to solve this problem effectively,the high-slip wellhead structure optimization and stability research are carried out from the essence of the problem.Taking the 21#main ore-pass of Anqing Copper Mine as the research object,this paper proposes a new type of high-slip wellhead optimized structure by field research,theoretical analysis,model experiment and numerical analysis.Dividing the wellhead structure and analyzing the stability of the midstream pillar in the new structure,the following research results were obtained:First of all,based on the theory of loose-body kinematics,combined with the surrounding rock mechanics parameters and actual unloading conditions of Anqing Copper Mine,the main ore-pass unloading model is established to calculate the first collision position between the ore and the main ore-pass wall,for the subsequent main ore-pass The wellhead structure optimization provides a theoretical basisSecondly,according to the similarity theory,the similar model of the mast is made,and the strain gauge elements are pre-embedded inside the mast.Before the casting model,the mechanical parameters of the similar materials are verified,which meets the similarity ratio,and then simulates the upper shaft unloading of different heights.The influence of the stability of the midstream pillar is obtained,and the internal strain change law of the midstream pillar is obtained,and the reasonable height of the upper channel is optimized.Finally,numerical simulation is used to simulate the influence of branch runners with different radii on the stability of the midstream pillar.According to the changes of the overall displacement,stress and plastic zone,a reasonable radius branching slip which is beneficial to the stability of the midstream pillar is obtaine.
