The main ore-pass plays an important role in the entire mine transportation system.Whether the operation is good or not is directly related to the stability of the mine,which in turn affects the economic benefits of the mine.Mine ore-pass generally have wear and collapse.Especially when the surrounding rock is poor,the wear and collapse are more serious.The ore-pass serves to store the ore.The ore have impact of ore-pass When discharged into it.Under the long-term impact of ore,the phenomenon of collapse in the main ore-pass will be used to shorten the service life of the main ore-pass.The ore flow impact wear of the non-storage section of the main ore-pass is studied,and the related ore flow control technology is proposed to reduce the ore flow.Impact damage to the main ore-pass.In order to study the above problems,based on the research data of Anqing Copper Mine,this paper studies the movement characteristics of ore in the main ore-pass and the impact wear law on the borehole wall from theoretical analysis,indoor model experiment and numerical simulation.In the theoretical analysis,the orbit of the ore is calculated based on the kinematics of the loose body.The collision recovery coefficient of the ore colliding with the borehole wall is calculated.The characteristic equation of the ore movement in the straight main ore-pass and the main ore-pass structure is obtained.Characteristic curveIn the model experiment,the similarity ratio between the model and the main ore-pass is determined according to the similarity theory,and then the corresponding model is made.The ore angle is controlled by adjusting the unloading angle,and the ore movement is judged by the obtained collision position and the wear condition of the main ore-pass model.Characteristics,and then analyze and compare the movement laws of ore during different unloading angles;Based on the particle flow method,the straight-slip model and the mast-sliding model were established respectively.During the numerical simulation,the ore movement process was observed and analyzed,and the moving image of the ore in the main ore-pass and the movement characteristic curve during the ore movement were obtained.Through the above research methods,the ore movement characteristics and the impact wear law of the ore wall are obtained when the ore moves in the straight shaft and the column structure.The results show that the Mid-stream pillar can change the movement of the ore flow and make the ore flow diversion.After entering the well,they will collide with each other,and the normal velocity of the ore is reduced,which reduces the impact of the ore on the shaft of the shaft. |
