Research On SG Steel Company Intelligent Manufacturing Strategy

Our country is in the stage of rapid economic development,in the face of the"double cycle" development pattern,high-quality sustainable development is a higher demand for enterprises,the global economy after the outbreak will step into a new"fast lane",opportunities and challenges coexist,the traditional steel industry,how to achieve the domestic and international new development pattern under the influence of the "bend over-the-top",seize the opportunity to choose the right development strategy,is to ensure that steel enterprises in the 14th five-year period to achieve sustainable and healthy development of the primary task.Based on the theory of intelligent manufacturing strategy management,this paper evaluates and analyzes the maturity of intelligent manufacturing of steel companies by establishing mathematical models,analyzes the internal and external environment of SG Steel company by using PAST analysis,Porter five-force model and other strategic analysis tools,and draws four strategies by SWOT analysis,and analyzes the strategic positioning,objectives and construction content of smart manufacturing of SG Steel company.The implementation path and safeguard measures of SG Steel's intelligent manufacturing development strategy are put forward.Through this paper,SG Steel Company needs to base on the company's current situation,focus on the concept of high-quality,sustainable development,in the face of new situation,new pattern,with the help of a good economic environment,the implementation of intelligent manufacturing development strategy,the introduction of advanced science and technology,actively cultivate high-quality talent parallel strategy,through innovation-driven development,and with the help of national policies to promote,the economic situation and social green ecological needs of the rare opportunity to drive the intelligent manufacturing strategy to deepen reform,transformation and upgrading,to automate remedial lessons,Information upgrading,intelligent innovation as a means to promote "quality efficiency","reduce production costs","improve service capacity",improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and industry influence,so as to achieve high-quality sustainable development.
