In recent years,with the reform of China's supply side,because of the relatively good conditions of coal seam occurrence and mining,Shaanxi-Mongolia area was becoming more and more important in the development of coal industry.However,in the early stage of mine construction,due to the external conditions and internal conditions of the mine,some of the mine production capacity was relatively small and there were technical backwardness,inadequate facilities and other unfavorable conditions,hindering the further expansion of mine enterprise capacity.To making full use of the resource conditions in the area,the mine can be upgraded by technical transformation to improve the production and profitability of the mine.Therefore,it was of great practical significance to analyze and solve the bottleneck of the production system in some Shaanxi-Mongolia area mines.This paper aimed at the present production system of Jinjitan coal mine can not meet the problem of further improvement of mine output,based on the theory and method of system engineering,analyzed the internal conditions and external supporting facilities of Jinjitan coal mine,such as geology and mining,puting forward the solution of the bottleneck of the mine production system and improve mine productivity,the main contents and conclusions were as follows:(1)Through the analysis and diagnosis of mining,excavation,transportation,ventilation,drainage,power supply and auxiliary system of ground production,the production system of each system was approved.(2)Based on the theory and method of system engineering,this paper analyzed and optimized the existing production system under the precondition of making full use of the existing infrastructure,determined the space that the existing system capacity of mine can be improved,and analyzed the main restricting factors and technical bottleneck of the mine production capacity to 15 million Tons and 20 million Tons.(3)When the mine production capacity was raised to 15 million Tons,the main inclined shaft belt,mining working face system,ground 101 and 106 belts can not meet the production requirement.When the mine production capacity was raised to 20 million Tons,the underground transportation big roadway belt,the main inclined shaft belt,the mining face production capacity,Ground production systems were not able to meet production requirements.(4)Combined with the scheme comparison method,this paper analyzed and compared the system solutions for upgrading the mine production system,comprehensively determined the mine productivity to 20 million Tons,chooses the underground coal bunker layout as the increase of mine production,reduces the cost of the tonnage of coal,and improves the profit ability in the current market environment.
