Z mining enterprise has abundant fluorite resources,geological reserves of about 1 million tons,and is still in prospecting.In order to occupy a certain market share and have the right to speak,Z company must have a certain amount of concentrate and lump mineral,and the market demand is increasing and the market concentrate price is rising.The concentrator of Z Company X has an annual processing capacity of 70,000 tons,with an annual output of 15,000 tons of concentrate.In view of these situations,Z company must expand concentrator and increase concentrate and lump mineral production in order to achieve market demand and profit.The optimization of technological transformation in concentrators has become the key to the survival of mining enterprises,and the content of optimization is also an important guarantee for the success of technological transformation.On-site investigation and analysis of the existing problems in the concentrator.Through combing the problems of unbalanced mining and separation,insufficient production capacity,unreasonable process flow,inappropriate equipment allocation,unstable production index and high cost in daily production,the existing problems are solved through the measures of expanding the concentrator,technological process transformation and optimizing the accessory process of each system.Process flow optimization of concentrator.Technological renovation optimizes the process flow by means of the cooperation of laboratory research and theoretical calculation.From the point of view of equipment parameters and economics,crushing system equipment,ball mill system equipment and flotation system equipment are selected.The cost of mineral processing can be saved by choosing waste stone in advance,and the productivity of low-grade stone can be increased by adding holes in grille plate of ball mill to save the cost of flotation processing.Through technical modifications such as adding middling ore box,adding flotation tank guard plate and scraper sinking,the flotation index is stabilized,the flotation machine’s service life is increased and the flotation machine’s working efficiency is increased;the reagent system is optimized by mixing new and old oleic acid through experiments,the amount of collector oleic acid is reduced,the flotation processing cost is saved,and the collection is reduced by using polyaluminium chloride instead of magnesium chloride hexahydrate.At the same time,the dosage of oleic acid also accelerates the settling speed of tailings and alleviates the working pressure of filter press.The technical transformation and optimization of the concentrator have all reached the expected goal of technical transformation,increased the capacity of the concentrator,reduced the cost of beneficiation,and directly increased the economic benefits of the enterprise.
