The optimization of mine ventilation system is a complex decision problem which is made up of many quantitative and qualitative interrelated, intercombined, interacted factors.Based on a vast amount of literature and reference, the paper analyzes relevant material of YunXi old factory tin13-8#ore body group, obtains the basic material of the ventilation system of13-8#ore body group, builds the ventilation system on the basis of the development system and mining method of13-8#ore body group. Based on the characteristics of the ventilation system, the paper formulates different ventilation plan, implements network solution on every plan, and analyzes the result of the network solution. Finally, according to the optimization index system established in the paper, we can conduct optimization election on each scheme by applying relative binary comparison method in fuzzy mathematics and grey relation projection theory in multi-objective decision to determine the optimal scheme of ventilation system.Based on the optimization election on the ventilation system scheme of13-8#ore body group, the paper finally realizes the optimization of ventilation system and the result of the study has theoretical guidance significance on practical production. What the main research results and conclusions are:(1):The paper expounds the mine ventilation system optimization design and its application research, and according to the production status of13-8#ore body group, makes the optimization scheme about mine ventilation system, carries on the network solution, ultimately determines the optical solution.(2):Based on the analysis of the pioneering figure, geological characteristics and the existing ventilation system of the old factory of13-8#ore body group, the paper expounds existing problems of the ventilation system of the old factory, puts forward the purpose of the ventilation system optimization of13-8#ore body group.(3):According to the design principles of mine ventilation system, after careful analysis research, the paper develops a feasible scheme that meets the actual needs of mine ventilation system. (4):To build the ventilation network diagram by using the ventilation calculating software named3Dmine, the paper calculates on the proposed solution scheme of mine ventilation system, analyzes the results of the calculated network, knows the specific air distribution and pressure distribution, optimizes the fan, designs a reasonable and reliable ventilation system.(5):According to the reality and theory of13-8#ore body group, the paper builds the evaluation index system in line with the specific situation, assesses the weigh of each evaluation index by the analytic hierarchy process.(6):The paper uses the grey relation projection method in the multi-objective decision to optimize and evaluate each scheme. The essence of the grey relation projection method in the multi-objective decision is based on the size of the index data of each scheme to determine the index data of the optimal scheme, to build the correlation judgment matrix, to determine the projection value of each scheme and to determine the optimal scheme according to the size of the projection value.(7):In combination with the actual situation of the ventilation system of the old factory and13-8#ore body group, through the optimization of the ventilation system scheme, the paper realizes the optimization design research on the ventilation system of13-8#ore body group, which, to some extent, has the theoretical guidance significance and practical value.
