Study On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Safety Production Supervision In Dongying City

As the society with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the main contradictions in our society have been transformed into contradictions between the people’s growing needs for a better life and the development of inadequate imbalances.China’s urbanization and industrialization are accelerating,and it is prone to security risks and production accidents.The people are deeply hated for frequent safety production accidents.In order to maintain social stability,safeguard the vital interests of the masses,and create a good social environment,the grassroots safety production supervision department must do a good job in safety production.However,China’s safety production supervision model has lagged behind the social and economic development situation both at the institutional level and at the implementation level.China’s safety production supervision has made great progress in the process of development.The incidence of serious accidents has been significantly reduced,and the number of accident deaths has decreased year by year.However,at the same time,safety production accidents are repeatedly prohibited,and safety production violations occur frequently.In order to break the red line for economic interests,the supervision of grassroots safety production needs to be strengthened.Taking Dongying City as an example,this paper studies the difficulties,causes and countermeasures of Dongying City’s safety production supervision.The article details the efforts of Dongying City in the safety production supervision,and then analyzes the dilemma faced by Dongying City’s safety production supervision.The article analyzes the causes of the dilemma from multiple angles,and uses the overall governance theory to strengthen the emphasis on safety production supervision,strengthen team building,increase comprehensive safety supervision,rationalize the relationship between various departments,and build safety production supervision.The external support mechanism proposes countermeasures in five aspects.The relevant proposals put forward in the article to increase the intensity of comprehensive safety supervision can effectively solve the problem of weak law enforcement forces in the security supervision,and are highly targeted.However,at the same time,due to the author’s ability and understanding,the article’s suggestion on giving full play to social power is not operability.
