In recent years,China has steadily increased the safety supervision and management of construction units,but the situation of safety production is still grim.According to statistics,in addition to accidents caused by complex geological conditions,unsafe behavior in construction process and unsafe behavior in supervision process are still the main causes of accidents.Therefore,it is the only way to establish a long-term mechanism of construction safety management to strengthen the research on the guidance of unsafe behavior of construction workers.On the basis of this background,the "research on safety color behavior model of construction workers based on self-determination theory" is carried out.The main contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,a classification method of safe color behavior is proposed.Through the study of self-determination theory,Levitt's behavior theory and rational choice theory,this paper analyses the occurrence mode of unsafe behavior of construction workers.Then,based on self-determination theory,it classifies construction workers'behavior from two dimensions of safety motivation and safety behavior,introduces the concept of safety color,and innovatively defines this classification method as safety color behavior,which is green,respectively.Safety behavior,blue safety behavior,yellow safety behavior and red safety behavior.Finally,according to the risk identification method of risk matrix,safety color behavior risk matrix is constructed.(2)Construction and empirical verification of the safe color behavior model.Taking a construction project in Hebei as the research background,this paper combs the influencing factors of the vulnerability of unsafe behavior of constructors by using ISM-MICMAC model,analyses the coupling relationship between management decision-making and unsafe behavior,then constructs a safety color behavior model based on self-determination theory,and then designs a safety color behavior questionnaire from safety motivation,safety behavior and management decision-making.Questionnaire survey was carried out for construction personnel of five construction projects in Hebei,Shaanxi,Hubei and Heilongjiang respectively.By using multiple logistic regression models,the interaction between management decisions and safety color behavior was analyzed by SPSS22.0,and the breakthrough between safety color behavior was obtained,and the safety color behavior model was revised.(3)Based on the above research contents,the corrective measures for safety management of construction behavior are put forward.Taking the crew of No.1 inclined shaft of Hebei Power Station as the research object,the safety management risk is identified according to the definition of safety color behavior,and the corresponding corrective measures are put forward through the safety color behavior m odel.The application shows that the definition of safety color behavior and the model of safety color behavior have certain practical value for safety management decision-making of construction site behavior.
