One kind medicical wine,which hisitorically had been named as Hong Mao Medicical Wine,with large amount sugar in it,is be known as a Chinese typical medieine.The radix polygoni multiflori preparata,rehmania,Chinese yem and other multi-factor compound compose the chemical system of this wine.By taking wine of drinking as solvent,it can display the strongness as tonic.Clinically it mainly applies to coldness and dampness of weak people.In the original process,two kinds of sugar with 7440 g and 22680 g respectively formed medicinal liquor(187000 g)ratio is about 12%and 4%,so the quality of the overall quality accounted for about 16%.Then we take ombination of brown sugar and sugar in consideration and sucrose medicinal liquor quality percentage is about 14.8%.So the ratio is far more higher than the ratio of sugar-free foods(0.5%).So in order to overcome the medicial small scope restriction of phlegm wet(i.e.,the obese),patients with diabetes,patients with dental caries,hyperlipidemia,hypertension,arteriosclerosis,coronary heart disease and high blood sugar patients,with the shortage of storage cost,this subject put forward a plan without sugar type of Hong MAO medicinal liquor.We will write these aspects as following items.Firstly,the research of caramel malt as colorant optimizationFirst of all,the source of the four kinds of caramel malt and manufacturers are verified.Then,the experimental methods focus was investigated,and so as the addition of malt order.Finally,join the party to narrow the prescriptions of 1000 times and the narrowed prescription,which shall be carried out in accordance with the conditions of the front small amount,which be made with powder technology research.Secondly,the optimization research of stevia sugar as a sweetenerADI values from comparison and combining of this topic need to be considered,finally it is concluded that the stevia glycoside,xylitol are suitable for this topic sweeteners.Thirdly,the corresponding pharmacopoeia check projectOn the other hand,methanol and other contents of stability are analyzed,and so as the relevant experiment.Fourthly,the quality standard of thin layer identification studyThough our lab student had taken all the experiments of 68 kinds of this project factor,then only provide the number of 25 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,specificly as follows:establish a system of fleece-flower root,angelica dahurica,Patchouli,spikenard,angelicae pubescentis,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,green husk,amomum,cornel(pitted),acid-insoluble ash,galangal,betel nuts,angelica,safflower,rhizoma zedoariae,lotus seed(heart),papaya,notopterygium,incense,radix asparagi,radix linderae,poria cocos,cinnamon,galangal fruit.In conclusion,it is a preliminary study based on the thin layer identification criteria.
