Post-evaluation plays a very important role in the project cycle management,and provides an important reference for the decision-making of project managers.For the development of thermal power construction projects,not only directly related to people's daily life,but also seriously affect the development of the entire national economy,so the thermal power project evaluation has a very important practical significance.In this paper,the existing research results at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed,and on this basis,the post-evaluation methods of fire projects are explored and analyzed The development status and characteristics of post-evaluation of thermal power generation project are analyzed.The relevant theories of post-evaluation of projects are expounded,the main content of post-evaluation of projects are introduced,and the methods of post-evaluation of projects are analyzes and their respective advantages,disadvantages and the scope of application.In the study of the post-evaluation index construction of the 2×600 MW Coal-electricity Integration Project of W power plant,the more objective and accurate entropy weight method is used,and the well-established index model is used The post-evaluation analysis of the 2 X 600 MW Coal-electricity Integration Project of W power plant is carried out.Under the background of energy-saving,cost-reducing and efficiency-increasing,the research on energy-saving of thermal power project is emphasized.Combined with the present situation of thermal power,it is put forward that in the face of the unfavorable overall situation such as the reduction of production capacity in coal mining industry,the state's vigorous implementation of the new electricity reform policy with a view to lowering the level of electricity prices,the abundance of hydropower in the province,and the rising cost of coal-burning,the coal-fired power units in the province should think deeply about how to break the deadlock caused by high coal price and low electricity price,and give full play to the power of the coal-fired power units in the province.So,according to the selection principle of post-evaluation indexes of thermal power projects,the monitoring and protection of occupational hazards are proposed as the important indexes of environmental evaluation.In the evaluation of the sustainability of the project,the analysis of the current situation of electricity price level and coal supply is added,which leads to the new thinking of the policy of electricity reform,and provides some valuable reference for the follow-up similar projects.At the same time,it is pointed out that the time of post-evaluation and analysis of thermal power projects should be well controlled in order to ensure the timeliness of project evaluation results,so as to provide a reference for similar projects in the near future.
