As the end link of the lower limbs,the foot plays a role in supporting load bearing,absorbing shock,transmitting movement and leveraging.It is the basic guarantee for humans to complete upright walking and movement.Because the foot is often subjected to external forces,the probability of injury to the foot is higher than that of other parts of the body.There are two main types of foot injury,one is the ankle sprain caused by the instability of the foot,and the other is It is a fracture caused by excessive stress or muscle or ligament strain.Regardless of the type of injury,the external force acts on the sole of the foot and then transmits to other parts.For the instantaneous stress damage of the foot,The best way to prevent foot injuries today is to wear sneakers with shock absorption.In this paper,the plantar pressure is taken as the research object.Firstly,the foot force is analyzed in the landing movement,and the foot force model is established.From the model,the sole material and the drop height are the main factors affecting the final force of the sole.Then,the damping ratio is used to characterize the shock absorption performance of the sole,and the ground motion experiment is carried out under the condition of the shoe.The influence of the sole material and the drop height on the shock absorption ratio,that is,the shock absorption performance of the sole is analyzed.Then the finite element technique is used to establish the foot-sole-ground simulation model to simulate the force of the sole and the sole of the human body when the body is actively landed.Then,the second landing movement experiment is carried out in the state of the shoe,and the dynamic foot in the landing process is collected.The bottom pressure and the sole pressure are compared with the simulated results to verify the validity of the finite element model.Finally,the finite element model is applied to the functional design of the sole of the sports shoe.In order to analyze the influence of sole material and drop height on the shock absorption performance of the sole,12 male college students were selected to carry out active landing experiments under the condition of shoes.Each group carried out 9 groups(3 types of sports shoes × 3 drop height)landing experiment,passed The digital insole data acquisition and analysis system collects the foot pressure data in real time,and the sole pressure of the grounding process is measured by the three-dimensional motion force measurement system.In order to establish a finite element model,a healthy male volunteer’s left foot was scanned by CT,and the scanned foot tomogram was imported into the reverse engineering software Mimics to reconstruct the three-dimensional model of the foot bone and muscle.The finite element analysis software was introduced to give the material properties a finite element model of the foot including the bones and muscles.On this basis,the finite element model of the sole and the ground was added to obtain the foot-sole-ground finite element model and simulate the state of the shoe.Floor sports.In order to verify the validity of the model,another subject was selected for the landing test of the shoe state.Finally,the data simulated by the finite element model is compared with the data collected by the human experiment,and the validity of the model is verified.The main findings and conclusions:(1)The model of the foot force of the moving state of the shoe is constructed.(2)Based on the portable dynamic measurement method,an index for characterizing the shock absorption performance of the sole is proposed.(3)The "foot-sole-ground" simulation model is constructed.This model not only has good geometric similarity and material similarity,but also simulates the force of the sole and sole during landing.(4)The simulation model of the landing state of the shoe state established in this paper can be used for the functional design of the sole of the sports shoe,that is,before the production,the shock absorption performance of the designed sole is simulated on the model,and then the designer is based on this.The sole is optimized.
