Thermal Comfort Evaluation Of Fitted Running Clothes&Sample Development For Female

Jogging exercise is becoming more and more popular with professionals and the general public,running clothing comfort and functional design is also becoming more and more widely attention.In this paper,it was studied on fitted female running clothing.It started from the market research of female professional running clothing and then took the analysis of the questionnaire and in-depth interviews aimed at understanding the present running clothing market developments and runners' love and requirements.The human body dressing experiment selected 12 pieces fitted running clothing(7 pieces bottoms and 5 pieces jackets)and five human subjects and carried on the comparative study of the human body each part by applying the technology of contact thermal resistance temperature measurement,infrared thermal imaging technology and cardiopulmonary function dynamic monitoring technology.Through the human body dressing experiment,insight into the regional distribution characteristics of the human body temperature and humidity after dressing and discussing the dependency of running clothing with human body surface temperature and humidity,cardiopulmonary function,energy metabolism,and subjective feeling and getting that the top absorption rate,the bottom absorption rate and moisture transmission with the body temperature and humidity,cardiopulmonary function,energy metabolism,and subjective evaluation index have the significant correlation,and the index of the temperature and subjective sensations rating are mainly concentrated in sweating more chest,back and legs.This study suggests that jogging exercise is becoming more and more popular,running clothing brand awareness is more concentrated,more than 80%of respondents favored in one or two sports brand.Clothing thermal wet comfort performance in human body chest,armpits,hip and thigh which is the main focused parts.Choosing different groove fiber raw material and using point contact at more sweat parts,such as the waist,abdomen and chest,conducive to the adjustment of clothing moisture absorption perspiration.After knee nest's mesh fabric design conducive to clothing regulation of moisture absorption perspiration.From the angle of production process,velcro suits' seamless design can reduce the air resistance and increase the wearing comfort of running clothing.Apparel structure design is also the important factors that affecting thermal wet comfort of clothing.Thesis research on the scientific cognition of professional running clothing can provide theoretical reference for people.The study also can provide theoretical basis for the future design and development of functional running clothing.And for the application of professional running clothing materials research has a guiding significance.
