With the improvement of people's living standards and the acceleration of work rhythm,the high-confomity and easy-care performance of textiles have become an important attribute of high-quality fabrics and clothing.Because of the advantages of good moisture absorption and softness,cotton fabric is widely accepted by domestic and foreign enterprises and public consumers.However,after washing,cotton fabric is particularly easy to wrinkle and deform,or during the process of wearing,the movement of body results in clothing deformation,affecting the beauty and comfort of the wearer.Therefore,crease resistance of cotton fabric is an indispensable process.The existing anti-wrinkle technology of cotton fabric mostly uses anti-wrinkle and non-ironing finishing,such as resin finishing agent,polycarboxylic acid finishing agent,etc.At present,these kinds of methods still have the disadvantages of weakening the mechanical and physical properties of fabrics,resulting in poor hand feeling,producing environmental pollution and high cost.The existing research shows that improving the yarn elasticity is an effective way to improve the wrinkle resistance of fabrics,for example,by adding spandex,PPT,T400 and other elastic fibers,but there are still many problems in the process of processing and wearing this kind of fabrics.Based on the domestic and foreign research of cotton elasticity,Yang Deming developed a kind of all-cotton core-spun stretchable yarn(or core-stretch yarn)and successfully applied it to all-cotton elastic denim fabric.Based on the development of all-cotton denim core-stretch fabric,this project plans to develop a kind of all-cotton elastic anti wrinkle fabric,that is,without any elastic fiber,using the fabric's own elasticity to reach desirable anti-wrinkle performance,which provides an effective way to obtain the high-conformable all-cotton fabric with technical environmental protection and raw material ecology.However,the current spinning count of all-cotton denim core-stretch yarn can only reach53tex(11~s),which limits its application.Based on the structure of all-cotton denim core-stretch yarn used on denim and the spinning principle,this paper produces 14.6?18.2tex(32?40s)all-cotton core-stretch yarn.The impact of key parameters of core yarn and core-stretch yarn,such as twist factor and fineness,on the basic performance of yarn is fully discussed.The observation of the structure and the testing of the basic performance of the yarn,suggest that all-cotton fine-count core-stretch yarn can be produced,the design of yarn structure parameters and essential spinning parameters are reasonable.However,the strength,elongation and evenness of the yarn need to be further optimized.In subsequence,the all-cotton fine-count core-stretch yarn is used to produce a small amount of fabric.The finishing of the fabric is also discussed.The slack mercerization process is the key finishing process of all-cotton fine-count core-stretch fabric,which aims to release the elastic potential of the yarn.In this paper,slack mercerization was carried out on the fabric in the laboratory.After finishing,the elasticity of the fabric can be up to 8-10%,and the sum of the wrinkle recovery angle can be up to 188°,which is nearly 20°higher than that of the similar cotton fabric.It shows that the finishing process of the all-cotton fine-count core-stretch fabric can effectively improve the wrinkle resistance of the fabric.The morphology,structure and properties of the fiber,yarn and fabric of the all-cotton fine-count core-stretch fabric are tested and analyzed.The effect of mercerization on the fabric is discussed,and the influence of mercerization on the elasticity and wrinkle resistance of the fabric are deeply analyzed.In the following,the influence of weaving parameters on the elasticity and wrinkle resistance of fine-count core-stretch fabric is discussed,and the finishing process is optimized.The lower the weaving density is,the greater the elastic elongation is,and the greater the wrinkle recovery angle is;the elastic elongation of twill weave is greater than that of broken twill weave.Through testing the wrinkle recovery angle of the all-cotton fine-count core-stretch fabric treated with different concentrations of sodium hydroxide solution,the mercerization concentration was optimized.
