Xiabu is burlap woven from ramie as a raw material and is an important traditional material used in Chinese textile.Rongchang District of Chongqing City is the "Hometown of Xiabu in China".In 2008,Rongchang Xiabu was recognized as a "National Intangible Cultural Heritage" by the Ministry of Culture.The weaving history of Rongchang Xiabu has lasted for thousands of years,and the handicraft skills have been used to this day.Its large output and mature technology have an important position in the history of Xiabu in China.This article takes Rongchang Xiabu as an example,based on the existing research of scholars,focusing on Xiabu's intangible cultural heritage and product innovation design research,through the research of Rongchang Xiabu's development history,technological change,cultural connotation,color culture changes and other issues,From the perspective of color culture research,formulate color standards that inherit the cultural connotation of Rongchang Xiabu and have the trend of the times,and based on this standard,take product innovation practice as the main line of research,actively expand the application space of Xiabu product innovation,and build Rongchang Xiabu new and old The brand image of cultural blending and innovation focuses on solving the problems of Rongchang Xiabu cultural heritage and product innovation,and then provides new ideas for the cultural heritage and innovative practice of traditional handicraft intangible cultural heritage.The first chapter of this article elaborates Xiabu's research background and research significance,combs the main results of domestic and foreign scholars' research from the perspectives of history,economics,innovative design,etc.,clarifies the innovation of this subject with the focus on color system research,and refines the cultural connotation,Color system construction,innovative practice-based research path.The second chapter elaborates on Xiabu's historical evolution and characteristics of color changes,and analyzes and refines Xiabu's cultural connotation based on the historical development context.Chapter three,through the study of Rongchang regional culture,analyzes the relationship between the historical evolution,cultural environment,economic life,traditional crafts of the region and Xiabu color culture.The fourth chapter summarizes the unique cultural connotation of Xiabu and transforms it into its color connotation based on Xiabu's historical and cultural research and Rongchang regional culture research,and builds Rongchang Xiabu's color system.The fifth chapter is to conduct color experiments on the newly constructed Rongchang Xiabu color system standard and form color guidance for product application.Chapter 6 studies the current situation and problems of Rongchang Xiabu's products,uses clothing as a carrier,practices color innovation application paths,and expands Rongchang Xiabu's color system innovation practice new ways.
