Research On Persimmon Dyeing And Its Innovative Application In The Design Of Women’s Wear

After entering the 21st century,social development is very rapid,and the deterioration of the environment is also accelerating.In the tide of advocating"ecology,green and environmental protection" all over the world,plant dyes gradually return to the public’s attention.Compared with Rubia,indigo and Arnebia,which are widely used and familiar plant dyes,persimmon dyeing is much smaller.But persimmon dyeing has a long history not only in China,but also in Southeast Asia.Persimmon dyeing technology is widely spread.Japan imports a large number of persimmon paint raw materials produced in Shandong factory of China.In this paper,different fabrics are used to control the dyeing concentration,different mordants,different mordant methods and days of sun exposure.Finally,different colors are obtained under different experimental conditions.Based on the traditional persimmon dyeing process,some improvement practices are carried out to meet the needs of commercialization.According to the dyeing characteristics of persimmon dyeing,new innovations in color,pattern and material are explored and applied to women’s wear design.Through the practice of graduation design,I have a further understanding of the persimmon dye research topic.In order to broaden the application of persimmon dye in women’s clothing design,I integrate my thinking and understanding of persimmon dye into the design.
