China is the largest producer of persimmon production and the dried persimmon is a main product of persimmon processing.The production of persimmons has a long history,but the conventional processing of persimmons is mainly dependent on human resources and is greatly influenced by natural weather so that the production is low and the quality can not be guaranteed,which affects the taste,sales,reputation and the income of the farmers.Although scholars and agricultural workers have been investing the drying of persimmons in recent years,there is still no substantive progress in the method of drying persimmons.For example,the workload of farmers is still large,the degree of automation is not satisfied,and the energy efficiency is low,polluted and so on.This paper adopts a scenario design method to extract demand from the perspective of users through scene storyboards,and cuts down the demand to obtain accurate user needs;through market research,including existing persimmon baked products,patents,papers,etc.Building functional tree and functional structure diagram to obtain the advantages and disadvantages of the persimmon cake baking at the emergence stage,functional element combinations,and functional element combinations,and a number of solutions based on the users' needs;a persimmon cake hanging and baking device is constructed according to user requirements and product characteristics The evaluation system uses the analytic hierarchy process to score the evaluation indicators,calculate the weights,and finally determine a number of evaluation indicators with higher weights.Afterwards,the design of the program is evaluated by the group's triangular fuzzy number multi-index evaluation method,and the optimal solution is obtained.Then,according to the ergonomics theory,the dimensions of the program are designed.Finally,the optimal program is modeled,matched,and displayed,and the use process and evaluation are simulated to complete the construction of the program.This paper adopts the scenario design method to design and design the product from the angle of ergonomics.It has certain guiding significance for the design of industrial products,especially the mechanical products of dried fruits.
