| In recent years,with the sweep of China’s wind boom,all kinds of products with unique traditional craft charm are gradually entering the field of vision of consumers,and the emphasis on green ecological development of products in the transformation and upgrading policy of the textile industry provides the necessary market background for the inheritance and development of traditional plant printing and dyeing art such as persimmon dyeing.In this social environment,a detailed study of persimmon dyeing technology and its product development status can not only satisfy the curiosity and thirst of plant dyeing enthusiasts for niche handicraft arts such as persimmon dyeing,but also promote the uniqueness of persimmon dyeing technology and promote the decorative innovation and development of persimmon dyeing art.First of all,persimmon tree as China’s original economic tree species,because of its extensive planting in China,it provides the necessary raw material basis for the production of persimmon dyeing,so a brief introduction to the history of persimmon cultivation in China and the classification of today’s persimmon fruit can not only vividly reflect the inevitability of the origin of persimmon dyeing process,but also provide a reference for the selection of persimmon dyeing raw materials in the later stage.Secondly,in order to vividly record the process technology of persimmon dyeing,this study also divided the persimmon dyeing process into two major processes,dye making and fabric dip dyeing,and explained and analyzed them one by one.In addition,after a comprehensive analysis of the development value of persimmon dyeing process,in order to promote the innovative development of persimmon dyeing art,relevant experimental studies on the color intensity and hue change of persimmon-dyed fabrics were carried out respectively,and the relevant proportion data of different color changes of persimmon-dyed fabrics were obtained.Finally,based on the analysis of the current consumption status of persimmon dyeing market,based on China’s traditional printing techniques,the various persimmon dyeing creative fabrics developed and the plain experimental fabrics in the early stage have been newly combined and designed,so as to form a series of practical and decorative cultural and creative products that conform to the current persimmon dyeing art and cultural context. |
