The Application Of Tie-Dye Process In Sportswear

After thousands of years of practice and accumulation,tie-dye has become increasingly rich in technology.With the development of modern dyeing and finishing technology,tie-dye perfectly combines traditional craft with modern design aesthetics and gradually adapt to the needs of modern market.Nowadays,sports and fitness have become a main way of people's leisure and entertainment.The huge sports and fitness group means that the sportswear market has a great demand and potential.Sportswear needs new elements in the process of fashion.With the support of advanced dyeing and finishing technology,tie-dye process breaks through the limitation of traditional single dyeing material in the use of fabrics,and achieves the integrated application of various technologies.The patterns are rich and diverse,which can inject more unique elements into the design of sportswear.This paper takes the application of tie-dye process in sportswear as the research subject and the application theory innovation and practice research of tie-dye art in sportswear as the target to analyze and explore the application performance of tie-dye process technology in sportswear.This paper summarized the design methods of tie-dye applied to sportswear and solved the dyeing problem of sportswear fabrics.Because the fabrics of outdoor sportswear are generally made of polyamide,polyester and other chemical fiber fabrics after calendrating,wet and dry coating,and other processes with waterproof,moisture permeable,breathable,and other functions.These fabrics after processing have waterproof performance,cannot be tie-dyed dyeing,so under normal circumstances can be the first chemical fiber fabric tie-dyed after the process such as calendering,mulching.Different sports fabrics need different dyes when tie-dyed.This paper summarizes the process of tie-dye and the relationship between fabric and dye in the process of tie-dye application to sportswear by conducting tie-dye experiments on commonly used sports fabrics.Comprehensive the above research,summarizing the tie-dyed process theory applied in the sportswear,in order to more possibilities for the innovative development of tie-dyed art mining,tie-dye into mainstream fashion,to create market value,guide the domestic sports brand and the combination of traditional art,designed for sportswear is changed to provide a new innovative ideas.
