Traditional Cloth Shoes Design Research Based On Lifestyle Theory

The continuous evolution of people's lifestyles brings unprecedented new opportunities and challenges to design.In the past,lifestyle researchers mostly lagged behind current fashion trends.This paper examines design under lifestyle theory and puts forward the possibility of predicting future design trends through the interaction between lifestyle and design.The paper will demonstrate the feasibility of lifestyle guiding contemporary product design.Taking the traditional hand-made cloth shoes Nei Lian Sheng as an example,From the production,development,and decline of the traditional handmade cloth shoe culture to the process of rebirth,promotion,and innovation,this paper explores the lives and styles of the Chinese public during this period.This paper studies the relationship between design and lifestyle of the masses and analyzes the changes of traditional hand-made cloth shoe products brought by the changes in lifestyle among different social backgrounds.The paper will begin by examining contemporary product design to find the point of contact with modern ways of living.It will put forward a theory of green-sustainable design and applied through traditional hand-made cloth shoe design research and manufacturing.The feasibility of the proposed design method is demonstrated in the case study that examines the design process of tradition shoes Nei Lian Sheng.Flaws or missed opportunities in the traditional process are found to open these practices to innovative and contemporary traditional product design.Through these practices,it will guide the future design of traditional Chinese products to adapt to new ways of modern living.Through these innovations,Chinese traditional culture and production can combine and innovate with modern people's lifestyle,design.Chinese products with traditional style combined with modern innovation can make traditional products more appealing to modern consumers and maintain the lasting vitality of national design.
