The traditional handicraft is the essence of traditional art products that are be created,bearing the national culture memory.But the contents and forms of most traditional craft products are not fashionable enough to meet the demands of the public under the background of the current era.Therefore,many traditional handicrafts are faced with various difficulties to inherit.The traditional handicraft weaving process of ramie cloth has a long history and is a national immaterial cultural heritage,But it also faces the same problems of inheritance and development.The ramie cloth is made of ramie,with cool,breathable,natural antibacterial and other physical properties.At present,the product category and material application of ramie cloth are still single.But its unique material nature attribute decided that the ramie cloth has the widespread application space.This paper attempts to design and study the material and creative products of Long Chang handmade ramie cloth in order to excavate the Kansei value of handmade ramie cloth and explore more rational uses of the materials.Looking forward to exploring a feasible and innovative way for the development and application of handmade ramie cloth materials.To provide a new solution for the inheritance and development of handmade ramie cloth weaving technology.At the same time,it also provides new inspiration for other similar traditional handicraft material to innovation product.This study expounds the concept of Kansei value and analyzes the suitability uses of ramie cloth from the material itself.and to explore the Three-dimensional application of ramie cloth Materials through the molding experiment of Long Chang handmade summer cloth.and to explore the rich color expression of ramie cloth under the traditional method of plant dyeing through the plant dyeing experiment.Through the experimental sample and the survey of Kansei impression vocabulary and user's needs.According to the investigation results and demand analysis,the application direction of handmade summer cloth material is put forward.The necessity and feasibility of the design thinking and the design idea of the Kansei value in the creation of the ramie cloth material product,the design principle and the design method,the construction and significance of the Kansei value of the ramie cloth product are analyzed and summarized based on the research of literature and experience that the product brings to the user.Creating new produces with the ramie cloth material on the basis of theoretical and experimental research.The Kansei value design will bring new positive experience to users,and can greatly improve user satisfaction.First,the direction of three-dimensional application of handmade ramie cloth was established.The design of daily necessities and the design of combining with traditional technology as the entry point of applicable products.The design products are chair,lamps and lanterns,vase,scarf,ramie cloth and bamboo knitting bag,embroidery,loudspeaker box,lacquer box,mobile phone case with West lake scene and so on.Second,it excavate the Kansei value of "pleasing to the eyes","good mood"and" "be reluctant to leave" from handmade ramie cloth products.and put forward the design method of Kansei value of handmade ramie cloth material product.Discussing the innovative design of the handmade ramie cloth product from the Synaesthetic that is user's experience and Forward Kansei engineering principle.Using "the shape","the color","the emotion" and Kansei value image method to realize the product innovation design of handmade ramie cloth material.Discussing Kansei value research to establish the brand of handmade ramie cloth and commercial value.and especially significance in breadth and depth to spread of ramie cloth culture to the public.
