The Industrial Design Of Roadheader Control Room Of SANYI Heavy Equipment

As one of the largest applied energy sources in China,coal is also in great demand for mining,which means that the performance of China's existing mining machinery equipment also needs to be rapidly improved.At the same time,the improvement to equipment performance has also led to the update of coal mining equipment Replacement.In the process of coal mining,the cantilever Roadheader is a combined unit capable of cutting,loading and transporting,self-propelled,and spray dust removal of the mine.Therefore,the research and development of cantilever Roadheader has an irreplaceable role of the normal operation of mining operations.SANYI Heavy Equipment International Holdings Co Ltd.is a subsidiary of SANYI Group.As the second largest core enterprise of SANYI Group,it mainly develops and produces large-scale coal machinery comprehensive equip ment.SANYI Heavy Equipment has developed a large number of coal machinery products with independent intellectual property rights by virtue of the enterprise spirit of self-improvement and industry serving the country.The design task undertaken by the design team came from the industrial design project of the remote control room of SANYI Heavy Equipment's new-generation Roadheader.This is a brand new device in China.The reason why the remote control room was developed is because of the hidden safety haza rds caused by the harsh environment of the mine.The remote control room of the Roadheader can synchronize the real-time status of the underground to the display screen in the operating room,and at the same time can realize the real-time control of the working posture of the Roadheader,effectively solving the safety problem of underground coal machinery operation.This paper is based on the appearance design project of the tunneling machine control room cooperating with SANYI Heavy Equipment and the Design Art College of Hunan University.This article mainly introduces the project from the following stages.Design preparation stage: According to the project task book provided by the enterprise to formulate the design plan.The content of the project team members who completed the preliminary design survey is mainly to determine the design goals of the enterprise,identify the internal culture of the enterprise,identify the market opportunities,identify the benchmark products,research user environment,and summarize product modeling trends.Design creation stage: The design team members perform design creation based on the contents summarized in the previous survey.The content of the survey will accompany the entire design iteration process of the project and serve as a conclusion with guiding design,the design team at this stage will output products that meet the corporate image and meet the future development trend of design and modeling.Design summary stage: Finally summarize the entire project process and reflect on personal work and design plans.
