The common machinery used in the coal mine like coal mining machine,entry-driving machine,band conveyor and others is an indispensable part of the production in the coal mine.In the process of operation which in the down hole,the rational application of mining,driving and transporting equipments can greatly save the manpower cost and improve the working efficiency.Therefore,it has a huge significance to innovate the design and manufacture methods of the mechanical equipment of mining,driving and transporting equipments.In view of the characteristics of various types and serialization of the parts and components of coal mine machinery and equipment,the parameterized design of the whole coal machine series parts is considered,and combined with the current mature Internet technology and rapid development of rapid prototyping technology,a set of software system based network for the design and rapid prototyping of coal machine parts is set up,which provides remote design service and printing service for enterprises and shortens the cycle of the design of new coal parts and components,and improve the production efficiency of enterprises.By sorting out the relevant literature and information about parametric design and remote rapid prototyping at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and summarizes the ideas and shortcomings and the systems which were mentioned in those literature,and combined with the technology that can be applied at present,we have designed and built the design and rapid prototyping module successively of the platform.And drawing lessons from user classification strategy of other websites,We set up the platform's customer classification management system.In order to better understand the characteristics of the technical services provided by the users and the cognitive platform,the downloading-modules of the platform literature video,the print model and the basic knowledge introduction of rapid prototyping are designed.According to the pre designed platform framework and functional blueprint,VS 2013 is the integrated development environment,C# and JavaScript are the development programming language,SQL Server is used as the database management system,and HTTP,WebSocket and WebGL and other standards and protocols are used as the link to complete the construction of design and rapid prototyping platform based on the network for parts of the coal machine.The platform includes sections like Registration and Login,Model Design,Online 3D Service,Resource Download,Knowledge Center and Contact Us.Each block contains multiple modules,which form a complete service platform.The platform is finally released on the server,which realizes the remote parametric design and Rapid Prototyping Service of the parts and components of the coal machine,which basically meets the requirements of the enterprise's design and remote rapid prototyping for the common coal mine machinery parts.The practical application shows that the use of this platform can effectively improve the speed of research and design of coal mine machinery parts and components,and then reduce the cycle of the related products from design to actual manufacturing,and to a certain extent reduce the working strength of the designers.The design and rapid prototyping parts of the platform are in accordance with the size accuracy required by the enterprise,which provides an important basis for further verification of the design correctness of the enterprise,and has a high value of use.The establishment of the platform provides a reference for the further research and exploration of modern design methods and techniques of coal mine machinery parts,and has important theoretical significance for the study of new manufacturing methods in the field of coal mine machinery.
