Research On Internal Control Environment Of M&G Company

In modern enterprise management,internal control plays a very important role,and the quality of internal control environment has a decisive impact on the effectiveness of internal control.Internal control environment is the basis of the effect of internal control in both definition and practical work.If there are problems in internal control environment,even if the internal control system of enterprises is perfect,it will be difficult to achieve the control objectives of enterprises.Therefore,this paper chooses to study the internal control environment as the basis of enterprise internal control.With the development of the world economy,in recent years,internal control has appeared various types and degrees of defects,which not only caused economic losses to many superior companies at home and abroad,but also brought a certain degree of economic crisis.The major impact of internal control has had a huge impact on many enterprises.In order to effectively avoid such problems,it is necessary to further study the internal control,especially the internal control environment,and strictly control the operation process of internal control in the operation of listed companies.In order to ensure the sound and effective implementation of the internal control system,we must strengthen the construction and optimization of the internal control environment.This paper takes M&G Company as an example.Firstly,it reviews the theoretical framework and development of internal control.On the basis of fully studying and understanding the literature of various elements of internal control environment at home and abroad,it combines theory with practice,adopts case analysis method and literature research method,from the organizational structure,development strategy,human resources and social responsibility.From five aspects of Ren and corporate culture,this paper establishes an evaluation system for the current internal control environment of M&G Company and makes an analysis of it,as well as the effect of its optimization measures in recent years.The results of this study can provide reference for other enterprises in the industry to optimize the internal control environment and improve the efficiency of internal control.
