Research On Automatic Programming Of WEDM And Compiling And Simulation Of NC Code

The reciprocating WEDM(Wire cut Electrical Discharge Machining)is a domestically-developed electrical processing equipment.The machine tool has a simple structure,low price and good processing effect.It is currently widely used in the production and processing of molds,high hardness alloys,and complex parts.However,the domestic electromechanical field started relatively late.At present,the manufacturing of wire cutting machine tools has reached the foreign technical level,but there is still a big gap with foreign advanced levels in terms of automatic control.With the continuous development of science and technology,computer technology and network technology are becoming more and more widely used.Wire cutting CNC systems should also be developed in the direction of automation,intelligence and networking,combining the most advanced science and technology with traditional machining.To this end,this article is based on the Windows system,for CNC system of the PC + motion control card mode,made an overall planning analysis,and developed the key modules of the CNC system,the main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)On the basis of analyzing the functions of the wire cutting CNC machine tool,the overall framework of the wire cutting CNC system is planned,the functions of each module of the CNC system software are divided,and the functions of the automatic programming system and the simulation system are specifically analyzed.Based on the development requirements of the automatic programming system,the secondary development methods and development tools used in the automatic programming system are described.(2)An automatic programming system was developed based on Auto CAD software.The system realizes the automatic programming of multiple cutting.Using Auto CAD's powerful drawing function and secondary development function,it realizes the generation of multiple cutting electrode wire trajectories,the input of processing parameters and the generation of multiple cutting codes.(3)A detailed analysis of the WEDM taper cutting technology.The principle of taper cutting,the classification of taper and various methods of taper cutting are expounded,including sharp cone,constant cone,equal radius taper and upper and lower profile.For different taper types,different trajectory generation strategies are proposed,and functions such as automatically generating taper cutting trajectories and processing codes are realized.(4)Combined with the self-developed automatic programming system,based on the.NET library,a wire cutting simulation system was developed using Visual Studio 2010.This simulation system realizes the functions of reading processing code,compiler,syntax analysis,lexical analysis,display graphics,processing simulation and so on.Finally,the two-plane interpolation method is introduced to convert the upper and lower interpolation data to the upper and lower guide wheels.
