Abstract/Summary:
At present,the global shortage of energy and resources has become a serious challenge to economic development and social progress,in China’s non-ferrous metal resources demand and supply imbalance,in order to alleviate the imbalance of supply,China began to promote the development of waste non-ferrous metal recycling industry.Under the background of sustainable development,the environment-friendly and resource-saving development mode is put forward.From the proposal of the concept of renewable resources to the construction of urban mineral bases,China’s renewable resources industry as a new industry is rising rapidly under the promotion of national policies.Up to now,6 batches of urban mineral demonstration bases have been approved for construction.At the present stage,although China’s urban mineral base construction develops rapidly,there are also many weak points,from the management system,platform construction,production and processing to scientific and technological research and development there are many deficiencies.Under such a background,Shandong Jinsheng Nonferrous Metals Co.,LTD.(referred to as Jinsheng Company)grasped the policy guidance and established the largest metal city in Shandong Province--East China Nonferrous Metal Industry Base.The gross production value increased significantly,and a large number of waste metals were recycled,creating good economic and social benefits.However,due to the lack of competitive strategic planning,the sustainable development of the company is faced with challenges.This research is guided by relevant theories such as enterprise competition strategy and integration strategy,and uses tools such as PEST model,Porter’s five forces analysis model,SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix to recover,dismantle,smelt and process non-ferrous metals from Jinsheng Company.The development status of recycling,macro environment,industry competition,internal and external factors such as enterprise internal conditions,company capabilities,industrial chain,etc.are analyzed,and the opportunities and threats faced by Jinsheng Company externally,as well as internal advantages and disadvantages are obtained.Then,use the IFE matrix and the EFE matrix to quantitatively analyze the internal and external factors,and use the SWOT matrix analysis and combined with the QSPM matrix to formulate the strategy that Jinsheng should choose to focus on.Finally,according to the formulated strategy,4 implementation measures(product differentiation,service differentiation,management process differentiation and channel differentiation)and 5 implementation guarantee measures(organizational structure guarantee,human resources guarantee,capital guarantee,and marketing management guarantee)are proposed.,Construction of Enterprise Culture).Through analysis and research,this thesis proposes feasible solutions for Jinsheng Company to create and maintain competitive advantages,and provides reference for Jinsheng Company to build core competitive advantages and achieve sustainable high-quality development.
