Petroleum plays an important role in China’s energy system and supports the people’s livelihood and industrial resources of China.Since the second half of 2019,the international oil price has been fluctuating at a low price and the global economic outlook has been weakened repeatedly.From the overall situation,the development of new energy and alternative energy will continue to break through in 2020,and the market share of traditional energy will be squeezed.Shaanxi sales branch of CNPC,as a terminal sales enterprise under CNPC,is in urgent need of cost reduction and efficiency improvement management.Among them,refined oil logistics runs through the whole business supply chain,including oil delivery,transportation,storage and sales.Reducing the logistics cost is crucial to the overall operation cost reduction of the company.Based on the logistics theory,we investigate the optimized route of oil logistics distribution in Shaanxi by applying the linear programming approach,studying the research on logistics in China and abroad,considering the logistics workness and existing problems of Shaanxi sales branch and focusing on the key point of logistics cost.Through investigation and statistical analysis,we propose optimization plan of seven self-owned oil depots of Shaanxi Branch.By summarizing and optimizing the management system and developing the information system,the level of loss management and control is improved and the loss of non-operation loss is reduced.Based on my actual logistics management experience,we select the actual case of Shaanxi sales branch for quantitative research.The present research provides reference for similar oil sales enterprises to reduce logistics costs and improve management level. |
