Increasing life garbage pickup pressure increasing municipal sanitation department,living garbage transportation cost consumption in the whole process of urban living garbage management cost is the largest,accounts for about 65%?85%of the total costs of living garbage management,therefore,how to decrease the cost of living garbage transport has become the focus of present urban life garbage disposal.Wenchang in hainan province life garbage collector system each link,on the basis of in-depth research analysis,get the wenchang life garbage collector system exists roundabout transport,confusion of regionalization,and the problem of unreasonable transportation network lead to high cost of living garbage collector system transportation.In this paper,using the linear programming model to wenchang waste transportation cost optimization.First use assignment problem 0-1 decision variables of the model got hainan wenchang waste transfer station to collect region,the optimal scheme,the optimization of domestic waste transfer station classification on the basis of collecting and using the mathematical model of transportation problem of transshipment point plan to solve the optimization results of living garbage transport costs,optimize collector system configuration,reduce the transportation cost.By linear programming to solve the model after optimization,the minimum living garbage transportation cost is RMB 1.15 million per year,and 2016 wenchang in real life rubbish transport costs 1.4441 million yuan per year,compared to 294100 yuan per year,transportation cost reduce 20.37%,achieving the target of living garbage transportation cost optimization.The results show that by using the linear programming to solve the model,which can realize the life rubbish transfer station collect zoning and transport cost,the optimal solution,reduce the waste transportation cost.
