Curing of tobacco industry in China has long insisted on combining its own characteristics and foreign experience,which has formed an independent curing system.Even though practitioners and researchers have conducted a lot of research on curing equipment and curing technology,the level of advanced technology and the use of Internet still lag behind the advanced countries and the trend of the times.Therefore,the purpose of this thesis is to establish a cloud platform for precise curing of tobacco leaf in XX province suitable for being used and promoted according to the specific situation of curing of tobacco in these places.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the demands of cloud platform for precise curing of tobacco,as well as the technology and trend of the domestic curing of tobacco industry.Based on the actual environment of the curing of tobacco leaf,curing process,data recording method,temperature and humidity control system,and quality evaluation method in XX Province,some important issues that need to be resolved are extracted.Secondly,the system design principles based on the demands and difficulties of Industrial Internet implementation are proposed.Further,according to the demands of cloud platform and developments of Internet,the thesis completes the design of platform.Based on the problems and system design principles above,this thesis implements the deep integration of curing of tobacco with the Industrial Internet and proposes a solution of cloud platform for precise curing.This thesis designs overall structure,elements of production information,method of data collection,method of remote monitoring and control,process optimization and visual interface,and realizes the visual interface,data collection module and process optimization algorithm.Finally,based on the design,the thesis completes development and deployment of the platform.The project provides the staff a friendly interactive interface,real-time data collection and data monitoring,curing process management,which promotes quality of cured tobacco and the level of curing management in XX province.This study realizes the deep integration of curing of tobacco with the Internet,cloud platform and big data,which lays a foundation for the intelligentization of curing of tobacco.This paper provides reference value for the combination of traditional curing of tobacco industry and emerging technologies.
