The industrial Internet is the core of a new round of industrial revolution.It makes the industrial production process more intelligent through the deep integration and innovative application of the new generation of information and communication technology and industrial control system.As an important application of the industrial Internet,advanced scheduling(intelligent scheduling)system can make a reasonable production plan for the factory according to the production constraints,production equipment and raw materials and other information.Compared with manual production scheduling,it greatly reduces the production scheduling time,makes the production plan more efficient and reasonable,and plays an important role in large industrial fields such as steel manufacturing.From the perspective of deployment model,the existing intelligent production scheduling system can be divided into enterprise local deployment and cloud production scheduling services.Although these two types of production scheduling systems meet the needs of enterprises in different scenarios,there are some problems.On the one hand,enterprise local computing and storage resources are relatively limited,but the precise scheduling solution algorithm often has high time and space complexity,and it is difficult to find the exact optimal solution quickly.On the other hand,cloud production scheduling services need a large number of industrial core scheduling data and charging on demand.The overhead of computing storage and network transmission makes each scheduling service have a high cost.In addition,some industrial data involves key information of enterprises,and there is a risk of data breach if it is directly uploaded to the cloud.In view of the above problems,this master's thesis takes iron and steel hot rolling production scheduling as the application scenario,introduces the edge computing technology into the industrial Internet intelligent production scheduling,designs the industrial Internet production scheduling framework with cloud-edge collaboration,and realizes the industrial Internet production scheduling system with cloud-edge collaboration.The research is carried out from the following three aspects:(1)A production scheduling model for steel hot rolling with cloud-edge collaboration was designed.The model is built based on the application scenarios of hot steel rolling,and is presented as a two-stage form of loose coupling.It has the characteristics of low coupling,easy decomposition and easy expansion,which can provide the foundation and support for the industrial Internet production scheduling framework with cloud-edge collaboration.(2)A cloud-edge collaboration industrial Internet scheduling framework is proposed.Through the design of edge preprocessing module,cloud general solution module and intermediate results,the framework realizes the decoupling of scheduling model and solving algorithm,and reduces the cost of scheduling service from the perspective of cloud computing amount and network transmission overhead.(3)The prototype system of industrial Internet production scheduling with cloud-edge collaboration is designed and implemented.The actual data set of Nanjing Iron and Steel Group was used to test the execution process of production scheduling task,graphical interface display and result performance index,and the effectiveness of the system was verified in the actual scene.In summary,this paper studies the industrial Internet intelligent scheduling framework with cloud-edge collaboration,designs the steel hot-rolling scheduling model with cloud-edge collaboration for the steel manufacturing industry,and constructs the prototype system.To a certain extent,this system solves the problems of limited resources of local production scheduling system,high cost of cloud production scheduling service and possible leakage of core data.The cloud-edge collaboration production scheduling technology proposed in this paper can not only be applied to the steel industry,but also be promoted to other cross fields of traditional manufacturing and industrial Internet,which helps promote the development of industrial Internet intelligent production scheduling technology.
