The mechanical equipment of the slab continuous casting machine sector is an important set of equipment to realize the continuous casting process.Its design efficiency and design level are an important manifestation of the competitiveness of an enterprise or even a country in the continuous casting industry.The mechanical structure of the fan-shaped section is complicated and there are many parts.The engineering drawings of a slab continuous casting fan-shaped section of mechanical equipment usually have 300 ? 400 sheets(excluding standard parts).Even experienced designers need 600 ? 800 people.To complete.In today's ever-changing personalized needs of enterprises and the increasingly fierce market competition,such a long design cycle is often unacceptable to users.Therefore,study the parameterized intelligent design method of the mechanical equipment of the slab continuous casting sector,develop a set of three-dimensional model parametric modeling and intelligent update of engineering drawing size,automatic correction of view position and scale,intelligent adjustment of tolerance level and annotation position,etc.The functional application software platform can not only greatly improve design efficiency and reduce design costs,but also liberate designers from heavy and boring design tasks,so that they can devote more energy to truly creative work.This has important theoretical significance and practical engineering value for improving China's core competitiveness in the continuous casting industry.At the same time,it also plays a good role in promoting the design level of China's metallurgical industry.In this paper,according to the principle of close arrangement of roller rows and strength conditions,the design basis of key parameters of mechanical equipment for slab continuous casting sector is proposed,the design principles of bending and straightening transition zone are discussed,and the iterative process of roller row design is established and calculated The parameters such as continuous casting radius and roll diameter in each zone are in good agreement with the on-site drawing data provided by the cooperating unit of this subject,while improving the transitional curvature change characteristics of the bending and straightening zone,and studying the slab thickness and width For the influence of the continuous casting radius and the roll diameter of each zone,a global map of the roll row was drawn,and the top-down roll row design process was realized.The parameterized intelligent design method of the three-dimensional model of the slab continuous casting sector machinery equipment is proposed,the transfer mapping relationship between the size of the roller row design parameters and the slab continuous casting equipment structure dimension is discussed,and the slab continuous casting sector machinery equipment is analyzed.The three-layer assembly relationship discusses the establishment process of the dimension chain of each layer assembly relationship,and lists the parameterized dimension transfer chain in the basic assembly.Taking the three-section free roller as an example,the relationship between component sizes is established,the intelligent indexing method of the database of standard parts such as bearings and bolts is elaborated,and the intelligent design method of bearing seat characteristics based on functional requirements is proposed.On the basis,the intelligent design method of parts incorporating the experience of designers is realized.Realized the design process of automatic adjustment of engineering view scale,intelligent layout of view and intelligent adjustment of full size,geometric tolerance position,etc.,respectively,using examples of parts,welded parts,and assembly engineering drawings to verify the engineering drawings before and after update Key elements of engineering drawings,such as bill of materials,proved the reliability and stability of the proposed method,thus reflecting the bottom-up modeling process,and finally developed the parametric design of the mechanical equipment of the slab continuous casting sector based on C # and Solid Works software platform.
