The evolution and development of its waveform have a significant impact on the continuous casting process and surface quality of the casting strands. With the development of continuous casting technique, the demand for improving the surface quality of the product is ever increasing. Strict control of the depth of the oscillation is a main way to improve the surface quality of billet. By introducing distortional rate of sinuous wave, the non-sinuous oscillation waveform breaks through the symmetry constraint of the sinuous waveform. Its ability to adjust waveform is improved. The optimization model can be realized.This project is aimed at improving the billet quality and reducing oscillation mark. After several structures of oscillation device of mold, the formation mechanisms of oscillation marks, square wave and trapezoidal wave, the paper lay a strong emphasis on the non-sinuous oscillation waveform, therein, the non-sinuous waveform constructed, formulas of technical parameters derived, the waveform parameters determined, Synchronization Control Model established, the optimization problem given and solved, the user interface and experiment designed.The key content of this paper consists of the construction of the non-sinuous waveform, the optimization of the oscillation parameters. Based on the sinuous vibration wave curve, a non-sinuous oscillation equipped with optimal mode virtue can be constructed. By employing paragraph-function, boundary condition and continuity condition, the correspondent analytical expression formulas can be calculated, its technological parameters can be determined. Then, synchronous control model established, the optimal technological parameters obtained by MATLAB optimization Toolbox, the design of user interface programmed. |
