Continuous casting process is the continuous casting of refined molten steel into billet production process,the main equipment includes rotary table,tundish,mold,straightening machine and so on.In the continuous casting process,central segregation,porosity,shrinkage and other internal quality defects are easy to form in the solidification process of billet,which have an impact on subsequent rolling production and product quality.With the development of various kinds of steel equipment technology,higher technical parameters have been worked out for various properties of steel products,and more stringent requirements have been put forward for slab quality.Therefore,by adjusting the roll gap dynamic soft reduction technology to reduce the center segregation,porosity and other defects,improve the quality of continuous casting slab,greatly improve the qualified rate of continuous casting slab flaw detection.The effective application of dynamic soft reduction is one of the important factors affecting the internal quality of billets.According to the requirements of continuous casting process,the improvement of slab quality can be achieved by improving the chemical composition of molten steel and optimizing the production process of continuous casting machine.Modern high efficiency continuous casting technology is based on high casting speed,which aggravates the defects such as center segregation and porosity.Dynamic soft reduction of roll gap adjustment model refers to the combination of soft reduction process parameters and dynamic soft reduction on-line control model to realize remote roll gap adjustment function.However,the roll gap adjustment module is the most important part of the whole casting process to achieve dynamic soft reduction.According to the slab continuous casting roll gap adjustment soft reduction mechanism,action form,development process,theoretical research,etc.,combined with the actual situation of production practice,the slab continuous casting machine roll gap adjustment soft reduction technology and the core of the system module Technology: "Real-time temperature field calculation module" and "fan-shaped roll gap adjustment module" were studied.Simulate the soft reduction model of the roll gap adjustment of Xichang steel vanadium slab continuous casting machine,optimize and improve the equipment structure and process parameters.Combined with the results of the simulation analysis,the roll gap adjustment is lightly pressed for phased testing,and the process parameters suitable for production are debugged.Aiming at the problem that the segment of the segment is in the harsh external environment such as high temperature and humidity during the production process,the adjustment of the roll gap of the segment and the on-line calibration,the corresponding solutions and improvement measures are proposed.Practice has proved that the implementation of the dynamic rolling reduction of the continuous casting fan-shaped roll gap not only reflects the development and application of new technology and product quality,and enhances the core competitiveness of Xichang Steel and Vanadium in terms of production process requirements,effects and economic benefits.The aspect has been greatly improved.It also points out the research direction from the research of critical strain physical properties of product types,the study of strain capacity and fluidity of two-phase molten steel fluids,and the control of solidification model.It also plays an active role in the application of automation systems in the control field of enterprises.
