In today's market competition,only talents advantages can bring core competitiveness to enterprises.As for the rapidly developing and trend-setting jewelry retail industry,the demand for talents has become increasingly higher,and higher quality and more professional talents are required.With DF Company's training management as the study subject,this paper first reviews the development trend and competition pressure faced by the jewelry industry,and introduces the opportunities and challenges brought to training by "Internet +".Next,it explains and defines the concepts and principles of the training system covered herein,and discusses the iceberg model and the related theories of training in human resources,such as adult learning theory,learning-based organization theory,and human capital theory.Further,it makes a comprehensive survey of DF Company's training status through Interview with key persons,observation and other methods.Based on the survey results,it analyzes the problems existing in DF Company's training system,such as failure to align employees' training and development with the company's corporate objectives and strategies,a lack of complete training systems,and insufficient attention to the career development of employees.In view of the problems existing in DF Company's training system,this paper argues that only by elevating corporate training to a strategic level and optimizing DF Company's training strategies,can DF Company improve the capabilities of its employees and obtain competitive advantages.This can be done by dividing DF Company's employees into position groups and sub-groups and integrating the functional modules of various positions to comprehensively analyze the training objects.By creating an ability model for DF Company's employees,a dynamic learning map can be chartered for the employees that fit their career development paths.Then,by optimizing the operation process of DF Company's training system,the organization and implementation of training can be standardized.Finally,through a complete training evaluation system,DF Company's training system can be transformed into a complete process comprising training demand analysis,training planning,training implementation,assessment and feedback on training implementation,and implementation after modification.Created a strong learning atmosphere in DF company and laid a solid foundation for building DF company into a learning-oriented organization.
