Research On Optimization Of BHGC Enterprise Internal Control System

In today's highly developed market economy,if enterprises does not want to fear increasingly fierce competition and realize its development strategy,it is indispensable to have a complete and scientific internal control system.An effective internal control system can help enterprise achieve business goals and improve their ability to resist risks.For BHGC enterprise of large state-owned energy enterprise,further optimizing and improving the internal control system is an important task that must be completed.It can help BHGC enterprise reduce their operating risks in the context of the ups and downs of the international energy market and the unknown situation,and promote the better development of the enterprises.This article takes the state-owned natural gas production company BHGC as the research object,and introduces the relevant theoretical basis and methods of internal control through domestic and foreign literature research.Use the five-point scale method to design the questionnaire,combine individual interviews and case analysis to investigate the construction and operation of the BHGC enterprise internal control system,use SPSSto statistically summarize the results of the questionnaire,and pass the difference test,correlation and regression Analyzed,established a mathematical model of the five elements of internal control and risk management,and evaluated the status quo of the internal control system of BHGC.According to the weak links in the enterprise's internal control system,this paper proposes to optimize the organization structure,prepare medium and long-term planning business processes,unplanned gas transmission interruption risk response plan,optimize the procurement plan management process,and improve the investment project(pre)feasibility study process,Supplement and complete specific optimization strategies such as the contract signing process.At the same time,it is recommended to adopt innovative process management models,establish emergency response systems and other safeguard measures to lay the foundation for the improvement and development of BHGC's internal control system.The optimization strategy and safeguard measure that this paper proposed can further improve the construction and implementation of the enterprise's internal control system.And at the same time,it has certain reference value for the optimization and improvement of the internal control system of large state-owned energy enterprise under the new situation of modern enterprise.
