In recent years,the country’s economic construction has been steadily promoted,with the progress of economic construction,the domestic asphalt industry has achieved a vigorous development.From the perspective of consumption in all fields in 2015,highway construction asphalt consumption accounted for 74.4% of the total consumption,construction asphalt consumption accounted for 9.5%;Municipal asphalt consumption accounted for 15.7% of the total consumption.In 2018,with the changes of the international situation and economic situation,the asphalt industry is also facing great challenges.However,the overall strength of the enterprises in the asphalt industry still needs to be improved,which cannot fully meet the demands of the modern market.As a scientific management method,internal control can systematically improve the management efficiency of enterprises,optimize the allocation of resources,strengthen the comprehensive strength of enterprises.Therefore,this industry is selected as the case study.This paper takes XY company as the research object,discusses and studies the internal control system of XY company.Based on the theory of COSO,I have read relevant literature and learned relevant research ideas and methods.Interviewed a number of department leaders and key personnel of internal control in XY company,and understood the framework,operation situation and specific implementation effect of the company’s existing internal control system.And according to the field investigation and research to collect relevant information needed.The existing internal control system of XY company was analyzed according to COSO’s five major elements,and some defects in the existing system were found out through research.The following problems were summarized: XY Company was not perfect in organizational structure,resulting in the lack of functions of internal supervision system.Lack of effective risk management system,lack of execution of internal control system,the company’s information communication is not smooth,external supervision system floating on the surface and other major problems.According to the above problems,combining with the actual situation of the company,from the organization structure,business department,internal supervision system,etc,put forward the corresponding optimization scheme: first of all,from the internal control environment,perfect the organization functions,then increase the effective risk management system,have set up the communication mechanism between information system and improve the enterprise,the needle to strengthen the improvement of the external supervision system,increase the professional and authoritative organization to supervise the company.XY company should constantly enhance the understanding of internal control,and constantly optimize enterprise internal control.In the implementation process,COSO five elements are indispensable.The research in this paper can provide reference for the same type of enterprises as XY company and enterprises in the same period of development with XY company. |
