| Mining is a pillar industry of national developm.en t and provides important material and energy support for social development and economic construction.In recent years,the country has gradually changed its mode of economic development and adjusted its industrial stucture.The country has stepped up its ef forts to adjust basic industries such as energy and has tightened its management of the mechanization level and production technology of mining enterprises in China.On the other hand,the decline in demand for mineral products in the internation al market,the decline in the price of mineral products and the reduction in profits have had a tremendous impact on China’s mining enterprises,directly causing serious industrial problem.s such as th e increase in the stock of mineral products and the general setback in capital turnover of mining en terprises.The downturn i n the market will accelerate the i ntegration of the mining industry,which puts forward higher requirements for mining enterprises to strengthen internal control and improve economic benefits.This paper takes JY Company,a large state-owned m ining enterprise,as the research object.After summarizin.g th e relevant documents and theories of internal con trol evaluation at h ome and abroad,it forms the research ideas and methods of this paper.First of all,through the investigation and interview,we have a preliminary understanding of JY’s internal control activities from the perspective of the five elements of internal control and the company’s important business circular-flow.Then,the evaluation system of the compan y’s internal control is established and the weights of all levels of indicators are determined.The effectiveness of the company’s internal control is quantitatively analyzed.According to the calculated evaluation values,the m ain problems existing In the company’s intern.al control are specifically analyzed.Finally,combined with the operatin.g characteristics and management requirements of mining enterprises,aiming at the p.roblems,improvement suggestions are proposed from the system level and the important business process level respectively,as well as the proposed implementation safeguard measures,and the future research is put forward.The research results show that JY Company’s internal control activities belong to the In order to solve these problems and effectively improve the company’s internal control and management level,this paper puts forward suggestions on strengthening the management construction,perfecting the talent system and standardizing the internal audit through research,and optimizes the two important business processes of purchasing and payment and circulation of monetary funds.Help JY Company to form a more scientific and standardized internal control system,and also provide reference for the analysis and construction of internal control activities of China’s state-owned mining enterprises. |
