Company A is a large state-owned enterprise directly under the jurisdiction of the central government.Its main business is metal minerals.It has been among the top 500 companies in the world for many years,and 8 of its companies are listed companies.At the end of 2018,the company’s total assets reached 1.87 trillion yuan,and overseas projects were widely distributed in more than 60 countries and regions around the world.Over the years,the shortcomings of company A’s fund management have become more apparent with the expansion of the company’s size.For example,the budget management system is not perfect,the group’s financing channels are single,and the degree of refined capital management is insufficient.In order to enhance the efficiency of fund management and reduce the risk of funds,it is necessary to strengthen the company’s fund management level.In order to evaluate whether the company’s fund management has achieved the expected results,it is necessary to start from the perspective of whether it has enhanced the capital efficiency,reduced the capital risk,and whether it has achieved the company’s fund management strategic goals.At present,for the research direction of fund management performance evaluation,a small number of domestic and foreign scholars have carried out related theories and case studies,but most of them only focus on a certain module of fund management,such as budget and financing,etc.The derivation process is also relatively simple,and most of them focus only on financial indicators.Based on the above background,this article selects a large central enterprise with a large amount of funds such as Company A.With its capital management strategic objective as the core,it conducts performance evaluation of the company’s centralized management of funds.This article uses related management theories such as centralized fund management and balanced scorecard to describe the strategic goals of company A’s fund management and build an evaluation index system based on the balanced scorecard to provide metrics for company A’s centralized fund management performance evaluation.Finally,combined with the scores obtained from the evaluation system,analyze the shortcomings of Company A in the process of centralized fund management,and put forward corresponding suggestions.Through the internship and research in the fund management department of Company A,I have a deeper understanding of how the company operates huge amounts of funds.According to Company A’s current fund management system and the status of centralized fund management,with the company’s strategic goal of fund management as the core,a performance evaluation system for centralized fund management was constructed,and the shortcomings of the current centralized management of company A were analyzed,and corresponding improvement measures were proposed to help the company In essence,improving the management level of funds and promoting its long-term development is also the significance of this article’s research.
