Research On Improvement Project Of Product Oil Logistics Distribution Of S Oil Company

With the price of international crude oil continues to be depressed,the speed of domestic economic growth is slowing down,the market of product oil sales is gradually liberalized,and the competition of product oil sales enterprises is increasingly fierce.As a result of the overall decline in industry profits,most product oil sales enterprises gradually realize the optimization of the oil distribution logistics process played an important role in saving the operation cost of enterprises.This article is based on the actual business of S company's oil products sales.It is found that there are many problems in distribution logistics mode,such as single source of distribution and complex intermediate links.After analyzing the causes of the these problems,the article points out the necessity of optimizing the logistics links of product oil distribution.On the basis of referring to domestic and foreign literatures,combined with the development trend of distribution logistics in modern oil products sales enterprises,the article proposes a scheme of joint distribution of multiple supply sources and a method of cost estimation.The elastic coefficient method and trend extrapolation method are used to quantitatively predict the quantity of distribution.Planning the distribution scope of the oil depot node.Finally,clarify the prediction of the distribution of distribution and the measured distribution distance into the cost calculation,comparing the results of the single oil depot distribution and the combined distribution of multiple supply sources,which verified the advantages of the combined distribution of multiple supply sources.This paper applies logistics and distribution theory knowledge to practical management problems.Through the investigation and analysis,the purpose of promoting "300KM central oil depot and integrated distribution of refineries" is more scientific.When the private oil refineries enter the S oil supply section,the re planning of the distribution area will be of some reference value.
