The safety evaluation of coal mine is a complicated work,the key of the work is to build safety evaluation index system and ensure it’s rationality and effectiveness.This paper summarized the research status of the coal mine safety evaluation theory and technology at home and abroad,outlined the accidental incidence theory,introduced the human factors analysis and classification system and analyzed the human unsafe behavior.Take Fenxi Xinyu coal mine as an example,based on the human factors analysis and classification system model and the factors of human unsafe behavior,the paper analyzed the factors which influence the safety of coal mine,according to the principles of evaluation index selection and the idea of design evaluation index system,the paper constructed the coal mine workers’ behavior safety evaluation index system.The paper applied analytic hierarchy process to select index and established a four-level indicators,twelve secondary targets.The paper summarized the weight determination methods and applied gray correlation degree method to calculate index weight value.It illustrated the safety comprehensive evaluation methods and selected fuzzy safety comprehensive evaluation method.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of coal mine safety,the corresponding evaluation results ware calculated,through analyzed the evaluation results,it is concluded that the coal mine safety level in a "more safe" level.At last,according to the evaluation results,the corresponding improvement measures ware put forward.
