Research On JT Co.ERP System Optimization Base On Six Sigma

JT company used the advanced S AP ERP system for all the company's sales,production,bgistics,inventory,financial procurement business process managemert.ERP system is launched at the end of 2008,as a result of JT company daily business is great,the data volume ofe xplosive growth.At present,the data volume is about 72 TB,the monthly growth of about 60 GB,led to the system performance is poorer,business execution efficiency is lower,even errors easily because of business data resulting in sales,production logistics and so on various aspects have errors,the ERP system performance improvement is urgent.This article mainly USES the basic theory of lean six sigma and thought analyze JT company ERP system operation status,to JT company as an example,analyses the necessity of ERP system performance improvement operation problems and the influence of the business department the use of six sigma management through ERP system efficiency,and improve the efficiency of its operation,and the necessity of establishing start-up project With the current situation faced to the ironand steel industry are briefly introduced the background of the implementation of lean six sigma,JT company in the related resources analysis,on the basis of lean six sigma implementation plan accordingly.Is that by using the basic theory and method of six sigma,closely combined in this paper,the author studies on JT company the actual situation of the ERP system running efficiency research,and determination of main index,and analyzed the project to provide data basis for improving the efficiency of the ERP system Based on the diversity and complexity of the project,in the process of project implementation of all kinds of possible problems and risks are analyzed,and put forward the corresponding solution strategy.In this article,using the method of six sigma management not only improve the performance of ERP system,and achieve financial revenue including expanding space gains and avoid upgrade earnings achieved nearly 1 million yuan,also reduced the input of manpower;use of six sigma managemert method to improve the information system for the company effective combination provides strong support.
