| Project risk management is the dynamic and systematic process of achieving the overall goal of the project with the most economical cost by effectively identifying,analyzing and evaluating risk,applying advanced management techniques and means to effectively control and respond to project risks.The basic contents of project risk management include risk management plan,risk identification,risk qualitative and quantitative analysis,risk response plan and risk supervision and control.SGdry GCP construction project is one of the companies’ participation in overseas project investment,construction,operation and technical services.As the JSW blast furnace gas dry GCP construction project in India is faced with many uncertainties,it may cause serious consequences such as schedule overrun,cost overrun,waste of resources and even project failure.Therefore,strengthening the research on project construction risk management and formulating corresponding measures are of great significance to the construction of the entire project.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the risk management of SG JSW dry GCP construction project.Through the analysis of the construction characteristics of SG JSW blast furnace gas dry GCP project,the related risk management theory and basic methods are used to carry out the project risk.The elements of analysis,risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and control measures to achieve the good operation of the construction project.Based on the basic theories and methods of project risk management,this paper based on the risk type and management model of the JSW blast furnace gas dry GCP project in India,firstly adopted the risk identification method,and analyzed the construction preparation stage,the formal construction stage,and the completion of the project.The three major stages of the acceptance phase,as well as 21 categories of risk factors in engineering design,environment,and management,and then using the analytic hierarchy process of project risk assessment,the 21 risk factors are divided into four risk categories and ranked;Finally,according to the risk characteristics of each leveland each risk factor,it proposes to establish a professional risk management team,increase the intensity and intensity of designing technical risk management,maintain the intensity of safety risk management,and strengthen risk control and continuous improvement and other corresponding risk control measures.The research in this paper not only has application value in the risk control of the SG JSW dry GCP project in India,but also improves the risk management of overseas construction projects in China’s steel industry,and has certain reference value and reference value for controlling the construction risk of the project. |
