Oilfield water injection is an important part of oilfield development,which determines the output and efficiency of oil recovery.At present,many domestic oilfields,especially small oilfields,still use manual adjustment,which is prone to problems such as difficulty in integrating water injection data and information lag in equipment control.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs an oilfield intelligent water injection system integrating water injection information collection,remote display and online control.First of all,based on the in-depth study of the development status of intelligent water injection monitoring in oil field,the overall scheme of the system is proposed according to the functional requirements of the project,the structural functions of cloud server data center software are analyzed,and the architecture composition of upper computer software is planned.Then,the hardware system and software system are designed.By comparing the mainstream core devices,the appropriate chip model is selected and the core circuit of each module is designed.The acquisition,transmission and storage functions of each sensor information are completed,which ensures that the system can operate safely in the complex environment of the oil field.According to the function of each module of the system,this paper analyzes the network communication model,and completes the design of the management software on the server and the client.Finally,the system builds the entire water injection monitoring platform based on water injection equipment,and tests the main modules of GPRS network communication,monitoring terminal and data center communication delay,local server real-time monitoring,local client data display and online control.The experiment shows that the packet loss rate of water injection information upload is 0,and the probability of data delay more than 1 second is 2%,which realizes the operation requirements of real-time monitoring and control of water injection equipment,and has certain reference significance for the study on the intelligence of oil field water injection.
