| Microseism monitoring is a new detect objects technology. It was developed in the1990s.Itcan be applied in the geological disaster, mining pressure monitoring, the “two take" of coalmines areas monitoring and so on. The monitoring technology of the shock has been usedpopularly in foreign, but ours are still in the initial stage.Using monitoring technology can timely find disaster regional through the real-timemonitoring in order to predict and prevent for the disaster to a large extent. It is very significantfor reducing the accidents. It plays an important role in the geological disaster monitoring,mining, the mine safety department and so on. Therefore, it becomes a priority to design anddevelop a safety and effective monitoring system.The paper shows the move geological disaster of the non-coal mining, and introduced theform and principle of the monitoring system. We complete the commissioning work of themicro-seismic system based on virtual instrument. After the system was installed, collected datais processed with Hilbert Huang Transform at first. And then, based on Small-ApertureMonitoring we calculate out when and where the micro-seismic happened. At last, the systemshows us the calculation result. The result of the position calculation is accurate.In addition, compiling a matching safety monitoring software based on virtual instrument ofLabVIEW, which can realize the functions safe parameter signal acquisition, data processing,comparative alarm and segmented storage data etc. The factors which effect testing of themonitoring system of the non-coal mining are also discussed. |
