Although with the rapid development of sensor technology and Internet of things,the level of granary intelligent monitoring has been continuously improved,but most of the local granary monitoring still exists mainly by artificial intervention,and the temperature and humidity inside and outside of the granary are not the same,the detection result is not accurate,lacks the remote management,can not take the effective measure in time,the low efficiency and so on the question exists generally.In view of the above problems,this paper designs a remote monitoring device for temperature and humidity of local granary,the main contents are as follows:1.A data fusion method of multiple temperature and humidity sensors is proposed to solve the problem of temperature and humidity data error in each node of granary.The experiment and analysis show that the mean square error of 40 nodes temperature and humidity detection is only 0.05 by using the improved adaptive weighting Coefficient fusion algorithm,which improves the precision of monitoring data effectively.2.A new remote monitoring network platform for granary based on OneNET Internet of things is proposed,which solves the problem of data transmission stability of granary nodes.The test of the software/hardware system shows that the network platform has flexible configuration,low power consumption of data transmission mode,stable and reliable performance.3.Through the integration of NRF24L01 radio frequency network,STC15F2K60S2 single chip microcomputer,the application of OneNET Internet of things system shows that the multi-temperature and humidity data fusion of the system has high relative precision,and the recognition rate of temperature and humidity data stream reaches 93.3%under different environment,the overall function of the system meets the remote management requirements of granary monitoring.
