| With the rapid development of the national economy and the chemical industry,the transportation volume of hazardous chemicals has increased year by year.At the same time,the accidents of hazardous chemicals transportation vehicles are frequent and harmful,and the safety monitoring parameters for the current hazardous chemicals vehicles are single,and The problem of low reliability of early warning,this paper proposes a multi-sensor data fusion on-board monitoring system based on DS evidence theory.The hazardous chemicals transport vehicle is the research object,which mainly solves the problem of large-scale and safe information collection in the transportation of hazardous chemicals.The evaluation system is not perfect and the system is in error.According to the demand of hazardous chemicals transportation vehicle monitoring system,five parameters such as vehicle body inclination,vehicle body speed,vehicle body acceleration,ambient temperature and leakage concentration are selected as the main indicators,and D-S evidence theory data fusion method is cited.According to the driving state of the car,the impact of hazardous chemicals leakage,external environmental interference and other factors on driving safety,select the four types of conditions in the hazardous chemicals transportation system,vehicle body failure,hazardous chemicals failure,environmental failure and normal mode,build dangerous chemical transportation safety evaluation model.Based on the Hamming distance calculation method of typical samples,the basic probability assignment problem of D-S evidence theory is solved.Select MPU6050,MQ-2,SHT11 and other MEMS sensors to build a system platform.Through testing and MATLAB simulation,the system can accurately identify the driving situation of hazardous chemicals transport vehicles.The test results show that the system can monitor and warn the hazardous chemicals transport vehiclesand achieve the expected results. |
