Grain warehousing is the most important part of the grain circulation process.Realizing the intelligentization of granary management is the key to develop a modern granary.However,at present,China's grain warehousing process relies on manual and semi-automatic methods to obtain grain condition information,and the level of automation is not high.After analyzing the design requirements of the granary monitor system,a granary condition management system was designed.The entire system consists of data collection terminals,wireless transmission systems,and remote management platforms.(1)A granary information data acquisition system based on the Cortex-M3 microcontroller was implemented.Its functions included grain quantity measurement,temperature measurement,and humidity measurement.Select STM32F103 as the main control chip,then the power supply circuit,crystal oscillator circuit,reset circuit,communication circuit and other circuits were designed.According to the characteristics of grain stacking,the combination of laser ranging and angle measurement was used to collect the stacking parameters of grain.The grain quantity were calculated and the DS18B20 temperature sensor and DHT11 humidity sensor were used to collect the information in the granary.According to the structure characteristics of the granary,a layout scheme for the temperature and humidity sensor was given;the hardware design of the data acquisition system was completed.and coding the Corresponding software;Finally,the data acquisition terminal was tested in the lab.(2)designed The wireless data transmission system.According to the distribution characteristics of the grain warehouse,we selected ZigBee as the data transmission method of this system.Analyze the working characteristics of ZigBee,select the ZigBee module based on CC2530 chip to set up the communication network;design the frame format and control commands of the ZigBee wireless transmission protocol to complete the entire data transmission system;use Winform to develop the on-site computer-based data acquisition The machine will store the grain information in the database.(3)A remote management platform was developed based on actual needs.The management platform has functions such as data display,history data query,and security alarm.The data display such as temperature,humidity,grain reserves and grain types in the current warehouse.Historical data query mainly includes data collection,analysis results,and safety status query.The safety alarm function is mainly used to assess whether the temperature and humidity are excessive.Reserves and other indicators are reasonable.The system uses Visual Studio 2010 software development tools to achieve the development of a remote monitoring and management system,and combined with cloud server technology to complete the deployment of the site.The system implements rational arrangement of various sensors and effective data collection according to the characteristics of the granary,and realizes the management of grain condition information according to the collected data.Finally,the corresponding equipment is driven to adjust and control the granary parameters according to the analysis results,thereby reducing the Artificial dependence,to achieve remote intelligent management of the granary.
