| Industrial cigarettes are a huge industry with outstanding benefits in China,and the distribution of finished cigarettes is an important link affecting the cost control and service quality of every company in the industry.Nowadays,cigarette industry enterprises generally have untimely information updates in production scheduling planning,upstream decision-making of various departments is too dominant,while logistics departments have become purely executive departments,so the entire distribution and supply chain network has failed to pass demand during execution,and overall coordination cannot be completed.It is urgent to establish a cooperative operation mechanism of the supply chain based on sales and operations planning.This thesis takes Company Z as an example,combines the actual operating status of Company Z,and uses sales and operations planning as the basic idea of operation mode and modeling planning.Firstly,from the perspective of the supply chain operation mode.it aims to improve the operating status of Company Z under the state of isolated information and establish multi-department sales and operations planning by month and week.Secondly,according to the existing network layout and planning of Company Z,the layout of Company Z’s production and distribution network was further adjusted.The national order area was divided and K-means algorithm was used to cluster the locations of production and distribution points in each area.Finally,under the guidance of the optimized supply chain operation mode,a vehicle routing planning model under two scenarios of no-source-constrained planning and with-source-constrained planning is established.It uses McCormick envelope transformation and heuristic two-stage algorithm and calls Gurobi in Python to calculate,then it gives the routing planning and the final decision cost.At the same time,it also gives the sensitivity analysis of the parameters such as vehicle combination and carpool distance to provide further optimization suggestions for operation decision.Based on the actual operating data of company Z,and using the optimized decision model of this thesis,we verify the decision-making details of company Z and related companies in the actual logistics operation and vehicle routing planning,the simulated savings reached 1,906 thousand yuan using one-month data of Company Z.At the same time,the research also provides optimization and decision-making ideas for other companies in the cigarette industry,which has certain reference significance. |
