The important module of human resource management theory is performance management,and the core of performance management is performance evaluation.Implementation and use of the performance evaluation work is the key to an enterprise to carry out the human resources work.Evaluating employees and the organization effectively is very important to the management of an enterprise.In the manufacturing enterprise,because of the various process,large size of staff and low degree,the performance evaluation work is meeting more bigger challenges.C company is a manufacturing business enterprise of iron and steel which has become famous in the world of large diameter seamless steel tube production suppliers.Before the introduction of ameba business model,the performance evaluation of C company was useless,with loose management and prevailing big-pot model.With the overproduction of steel in China,C company is faced with a series of problems,such as difficulty in reducing production costs,low production efficiency and product performance that cannot meet customer demand.These problems have aroused great attention from the management of C company.C company realizes that only by strengthening enterprise management,reducing enterprise costs and expanding new markets can it solve its difficulties.Therefore,at the end of 2017,C company connected with professional institutions and introduced ameba business management mode.Amoeba's management mode is to divide an enterprise into many small organizations,which are named amoeba.Each organization can be accounted for separately and operated independently.Amoeba's business philosophy is that the enterprise should make its own contribution to the development and progress of human society while satisfying the material and spiritual pursuit of employees,and pursue profit maximization and cost minimization.After the introduction of ameba business model,the management of C company found that what needed to be changed urgently was the original performance management system,especially its performance evaluation process.Through the discussion of various departments,C company formed a preliminary performance evaluation index system and evaluation plan.This paper focuses on three important functional departments of C company:production department,sales department and financial department,and mainly studies the optimization of the department-level performance evaluation system of C company under the amoeba model.Through interviewing the front-line staff of each department in batches,and inviting the responsible staff of each department to hold a symposium for discussion,the problems in the department-level performance evaluation system of C company were explored.The main problems were selected in this paper:poor performance evaluation environment,unreasonable indicator system,deviation of performance evaluation data,improper performance evaluation process,and one-sided application of performance evaluation results.Through analyzing the reasons for the existing problems,putting forward some improvement Suggestions for the existing problems,and using the key performance indicator method combined with the balanced scorecard idea to rebuild the performance evaluation index system of the three functional departments of C company.By studying the C company's current performance evaluation system,I have tried to make the effort to optimize the existing system of C company performance evaluation system and amebic business model,in order to establish departmental performance evaluation system in operation which would be suitable for their own development.From departmental level amoeba to each amoebic organizations,many independent amoebic organizations' performance evaluation system,from the bottom,establish a corporate-level performance evaluation system.In this way,C company can promote ameba management mode more smoothly and effectively.At the same time,it can set a good example for other enterprises in China which apply ameba business model.
